Courier rules that choose for you
Set rules by channel, service level, postage size, weight and destination. The most specific rule that fits wins, and anything that matches nothing goes to review instead of being guessed.
Labels and tracking
Book and print postage labels through your own courier accounts and send tracking back to the marketplace.
A stock ledger, not a single number
Every sale, return, goods-in and stock take is recorded, with open orders reserved so you do not oversell. Safety buffers can be set per channel.
Made-to-order products
Print-on-demand and made-to-order items are marked always available instead of showing a stock figure that means nothing.
Shadow mode first
Each channel starts read-only so you can compare against your current system. Nothing is written to a marketplace until you switch that channel live.

Can I run it alongside my current system?
Yes. Channels start in shadow mode, where MarketplaceHQ 365 reads orders and stock and compares, without changing anything on the marketplace.
