What's new: five features built around the problems that cost sellers money

Claims you never filed, buyers asking where their order is, oversells nobody can explain, a Q4 planned on a spreadsheet, and profit quietly left on the table. Here is what is being added, and where each one stands.

Last updated 27 October 2026. Everything here is built and running on our own account. It is not yet released to customers.

The five

Each one hangs off the SKU, explains itself, and can be undone

Every row links to the SKU, the order or the message it came from. Anything that changes a price or contacts a buyer is a draft until a person approves it, and automated changes record why they happened.

Dispute and claims pack

In testing

One click builds the evidence for any order: the order and its lines, our dispatch proof, the courier label and tracking timeline, buyer messages, refund history, product weight and size, and photos where we have them. It opens as a printable page (save as PDF from the browser) or downloads as a zip with the JSON and labels.

  • Amazon A-to-z and chargebacks, eBay cases, and carrier claims for lost, late or damaged parcels with Evri, Royal Mail and DPD
  • Claimable parcels are detected for you: no scan for several days, stuck in transit, or a buyer saying a delivered parcel never arrived
  • A "Claims to file" queue with the value at stake and a countdown to each deadline, then claim status and money recovered
  • Claim wording and deadlines ship as editable starting points and are marked unverified until you confirm them against your own contract

Delay Shield

In testing

Watches tracking for stalled or late parcels and orders close to their promised date, and flags them before the buyer writes in. For each one it drafts a short proactive message in the buyer's language, checked by the same Amazon message rules as the inbox, and waits for a person to approve it.

  • At-risk orders on the dashboard with the reason in plain English
  • Drafts in English, German or French from your own template or the built-in one; nothing is sent without approval
  • Channels in shadow mode record what would have been sent, and nothing more
  • One click opens a carrier claim from the same screen
  • Measures "where is my order" messages avoided, and says so only once there is enough data to compare

Stock Time Machine

In testing

Pick any SKU and a moment in time and see what the stock, price, floor, listings, channel buffers and rule decisions were then, with the events that moved them: stock ledger, repricer timeline and sync log. "Why did we oversell on Tuesday?" is answerable in seconds.

  • Replayed from the ledgers you already have, plus a daily snapshot with a retention you set
  • Findings are worked out for you, such as a channel still showing stock after it reached zero because a push failed
  • Every oversold order links to the moment it happened

Peak Planner

In testing

For Q4 or any promotion: the cash needed to buy the forecast stock, split by supplier and due date; forecast revenue and profit; packing capacity against forecast orders; stock-out dates; and a go, watch or no-go checklist for each week.

  • Cautious, balanced and aggressive scenarios from the existing forecast engine, each explaining its assumptions
  • Courier last-posting dates are fields you fill in from your couriers' own announcements; none are built in
  • Draft purchase orders can be created from the plan; nothing is sent to a supplier automatically

Sleeping Money Radar

In testing

A ranked list of profit being left on the table, each row with an estimate and one action: profitable SKUs that are out of stock or under-buffered, SKUs listed on fewer channels than similar ones, price headroom under the competitor ceiling, dead stock with the clearance price that still clears cost, bundle suggestions from what buyers purchase together, and postage paid above the cheapest fitting service on your rate cards.

  • Every estimate shows how it was worked out and how confident it is
  • Each row links to the SKU and the screen that fixes it
  • Dismiss or snooze any row with a reason, and bring it back later
Questions

Straight answers

Will Delay Shield message my buyers on its own?

No. It drafts the message and a person approves it. On Amazon the draft is checked against the messaging rules first, and a draft that breaks a rule cannot be approved.

Where do the claim deadlines come from?

They ship as editable starting points marked unverified. Check them against your own courier contract and marketplace policy, save them, and they are marked as yours.

Does the Peak Planner know the Christmas posting dates?

No dates are built in. You enter each courier service's last posting date from the courier's own announcement, and the planner counts down to it and shows how many forecast orders fall after it.

Are these included in every plan?

Yes. Every feature is included on every plan.
